AGM 2017

The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to report to members on the Club in 2017 including financial statements and to elect office-bearers and committee members for 2018.

The work of committee members is essential for the successful operation of the Club, but is seldom fully appreciated. It is vital that all committee positions are filled if QUHC is to continue to function for the benefit of its members. Committee members take on a variety of vital roles within the Club’s administration and coordination.

Some of the roles include

  • publicity officer
  • registrar
  • umpiring coordinator
  • coaching coordinator
  • sponsorship coordinator
  • events coordinator
  • child protection officer
  • development officer
  • fundraising coordinator
  • junior coordinator
  • senior coordinator
  • property officer

This is your Club and the AGM is your opportunity to have a say about how the Club is run and its future direction.

If you believe the current Committee is doing a good job, come along and support those who are standing for re-election.

If you would like to contribute to the administration of the Club, or you believe it is time for a change, please think about nominating for a position, or at least attend the AGM and support those who choose to stand for election.
